VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I was pregnant with Max I fell in love with the name Sadie Rose for a girl. Aaron was not as much in love with it at first. He always liked it, but just needed time for him to grow on him without pressure from me. So I backed off, didn't say much about it, and two days ago, during one of my emotional moments, Aaron started calling the baby Sadie! VICTORY!! At first I thought it was just because I was crying, but it has continued over the last couple of days, so now I am certain of my victory. So, Sadie Rose it will be. I just wish she would kick more, or that Max would let me sit down more so I could feel her kicking more so I don't worry so much. :)

Playing With Max

Here is a little video I took the other day. Max loves to play with cars and I tried to capture him making his car noises. The middle is a little long, but the ending is cute, so watch the whole thing! :)

Max's 1st Birthday

Here are some photos from Max's 1st birthday party. It was a fun day! I tried to post them in order, but they all kind of uploaded in a random order. There are some of his cake, him eating it, opening presents with 11 little cousins and uncles, and playing with his main gift from us ( we only gave him 3 gifts:)) which was a wagon. The wagon is so cool, it even has cup holders in it!! He loves it and we've been having some fun walks this week. Max had to go in and get 3 shots today and on top of it he was hurting from his 2 top teeth coming in. He had a rough day but was a tough guy, although a little out of sorts today. As a reward he got to hangout and go shopping with Dad tonight for 2 hours...oh wait, that was my reward for fussing with him all day! :) He's such a good boy though!!

Tomorrow Max will be turning 1! Wow!! A year goes by so fast!!

It's a GIRL!

Well....I'd say we're 95% sure it's a girl! The technician kept reminding us there is never a 100% guarantee, but after much searching, there were no visible signs it was a boy and she detected what she thought was a girl part. :) So we're saying girl and keeping any receipts just in case! We are all really excited, even though we really would have been excited if it was a boy too. I am looking forward to buying girl clothes!! Now Aaron will have a buddy to go fishing with in Max and I will have a girl to watch "The Sound of Music" with me (even though Max will watch too, although Aaron disagrees).
